Product introduction

Silshield® PR-330 protect film is manufactured in a thousand grade purification

environment with high cleanliness. Product coating process is controlled precisely.
It is good at compliance, easy to peel off, can be repeatedly pasted, no residual glue,
no trace, and easy to die cutting punching. In the meanwhile, it has little impact to
the to the base material, no pollution, and do not easy to warp. Adopt selected PET and glue,
so that no element is precipitated in a high temperature environment.

 

本产品在千级净化环境下生产、加工，洁净度高；产品涂布均匀，具有良好 吸附性，易剥离，
可反复粘贴，无残胶，无痕迹，易于模切冲型，对贴合材料无 性能影响，无污染，不起翘。
采用特殊 PET 及胶水，经高温测试后，PET 及胶水 无异物析出。

Application area

此产品的制作工艺为在透明 PET 基材上涂布低粘PU胶保护膜并复合50微米的PET离型层。
产品可以覆盖在多种被贴物表面，保护产品在转移、储存、安装过程中具有不受到脏污、灰尘、
防刮擦干扰,耐高温，起到自修复的保护效果，适用于制程保护用途。被贴物的种类包括：
塑料、薄膜、亚克力、PMMA、PC、玻璃制品等。

This product is made by coating antistatic PU adhesive on the transparent base and
laminated with 50um PET liner. It can be applied in a variety of surface, protecting
the product in rotation during the process of moving, storage and installation, it is
not affected by dirt, dust, scratch resistance, high temperature resistance, and has
self-repair protective effect. This film can be applied on surfaces including plastic,
film, acrylic, PMMA, PC, and glass products.
